Non-profits account for $3 trillion of economic activity each year in the US and the area is growing at an incredible rate.
Even the most successful charitable organization can struggle with unknown or complicated legal issues. This website answers the questions that many non-profit companies have, using timely and relevant legal direction including web-based presentations and other information.
Currently the website and all of the services it offers are functional and can be reached at http://www.uacted.uark.edu/legalesource/. One path to market under consideration is to license the website to a larger online legal service solution provider, so that a wider range of people can benefit from these resources. Part of the path to market will include the creation of a significant number of revenue generating services.
