Self Calibrating multi tank level sensor
- self calibrating level sensor for liquid tank installers
Final Decision Maker: purchasing Manager for Tank installers
This is the first self calibrating liquid level sensor on the market. The Self Calibrating multi tank liquid level sensor saves you time and money. In fact it saves you 90% of installation time, and reduces stockhold and cash outlay by a factor of 5. Tank manufacturers now only need one sensor for their complete range of tanks. No longer do you need to spend hours calibrating each sensor to each tank. Before this new product, this would have been virtually impossible. Following a simple installation you are only required to press one button and off you go. The sensor uses ultasonic technology which allows contactless measurement of the liquid level in the tank. Once installed, the device self calibrates on the push of button, and splits the tank into ten level bands. Then, the sensor is able to gauge and report the liquid level relative to each of these ten bands. Gone are the racks of different sensors. You only now have one stock item. Gentech's 40 years experience of sensor design and manufacture have combined to produce this innovative sensor that sits on top of the tank and measure the level in your tanks. The non contact sensor means there are no moving parts in your tank. These sensors are ideal for liquid tanks installers with multi tanks sizes such as Promens and Donaldson.

Gentech's self calibrating multi tank level sensor |
Inventor(s) Commentary: Dont buy five buy One.
Gentech's new sensor will be offered to the marine and coach industries as well as the brown water handling industry. The non contact method of level measurement is perfect for the dirty water tanks as no access is required into the tank.
The self calibration offers fantastic benefits to the installers as they save time in calibration and save money in keeping only one model in stock. |
