Handiplac, U.S. patent number 7,591,096 is a simple and inexpensive plastic placard enclosure that eliminates the problems associated with the current technology. Problems such as, obstructed vision from having the parking placard hang from the mirror, having the parking placard hook break off when changing vehicles, fitting the parking placard in your glove compartment, or chasing the parking placard down the street when it flies out of the window. It is illegal to have your parking placard hang from the mirror while driving. Handiplac eliminates driving violations from having your parking placard hang from the mirror. Handiplac is easy to use. Tip it up while parking and lay it down on the dashboard while driving. Also eliminates searching through your vehicle for your lost or misplaced parking placard. Every time you park your vehicle, know where your parking placard is. It is securely held to the dashboard. The time and energy saved looking for your placard is put to use that is more productive. Such as shopping or getting to your appointments on time. Handiplac is virtually indestructible. One of our test units survived a front end total of the vehicle and did not move from the dashboard. We are not only the inventors of Handiplac we use them ourselves. Our prototypes have been in use for 18 months and are still going strong. Our users experience less frustration from having to search for their parking placard. My wife says, "I may not know where my car keys are but I know where my placard is."
