In advance of the Profit 101 Growth Training, we ask that you complete a short assessment to enhance your experience with this interactive workshop. The assessment helps us customize our presentation to the group, and takes no more than 5-10 minutes to complete.
Please do try to complete the assessment at least 2 business days before the training date.
The following assessment helps us understand your feelings and impressions of your company's innovation-driven performance with regard to new customers, products and markets. It helps us tailor our program to our audience so you get facilitation in line with the group's comfort and aptitude for innovation-driven profit growth.
This is a 1/2 day simulation that allows you to see, feel & experience how to successfully diversify into more profitable products, services, customers and/or markets.
During PROFIT 101 training covers:
• Sharpening your MARKETING message to TRIPLE your selling effectiveness
• Using customer MINING to improve your team’s innovation abilities by 7X
• Using COLLABORATION with suppliers & innovators to speed time to market by 5X
• How to “think like a START UP” in order to restart, reboot & revitalize your profits
• Why “breaking down employee SILOS” is the missing 98% for success with growth
The program hinges on 6 key learning concepts for creating ideas for more profitable growth. The first half of the program covers the meaning, importance and application of these at a basic level. The second half takes a more advanced approach.
And because learning retention increases exponentially when you interact and use the new knowledge, the entire program is set against a fictional case study situation that parallels the current business conditions for many companies in today's economy.
